This is a wonderful place to stay, There are always activities, games, movies, pool, hot tubs and a walking trail every thing is lovely. People there are also very friendly, caring and helpful

pleasant and convenient. Love the walking trail along the river.

Wonderful stay in Napa!

Units are getting older, but everything is clean and comfortable. They need to upgrade the televisions. Excellent WiFi connection. Beautiful, convenient location and friendly, attentive staff are pluses.

For the price, this is a bargain. Very centrally located, the units are clean and comfortableThe beds are firm and the shower strong. I will stay here again soon.

These small units have everything you need for your stay. They are very well equipped. We did have 3 people staying and it was a little tight spacewise but this would be a perfect unit for two people. It was very quiet and easy to get too. They do have a pool and two hot tubs with one of the hot tubs you can reserve for 30 minutes so you don't have to share it with strangers. All in all I would not hesitate to stay there again if I find myself in Napa in the future.

Interior looked clean but smelled like mildew; sheets were pilled and there was a big divot on one side of the bed; at night rats ran around underneath the unit and gnawed on the wood pillars causing loud rodent sounds in the middle of the night. Super low class and surprising for Napa. I would only recommend this place to someone who was broke and desperate.

Love the quiet, cottages are so well supplied, clean, cozy! Close to everything! Parking is great, good amenities! Just so comfortable!
